About this Presenter
Todd Herr started his career in software development and systems administration, but has spent well over two decades in the email industry. His first deep dive into email came when he managed a server farm for an ISP’s business-class email service. From there, he went full throttle into email systems engineering, deliverability, spent time as a postmaster, and even product management. Todd has deep expertise in DMARC, email authentication protocols, and email systems operation.
Todd likes to describe the email world as a three-sided triangle made up of Senders, Mailbox Providers, and Vendors—and he’s worked on all three sides, giving him a unique, well-rounded perspective on the ecosystem.
